4-STEP FERTILIZING AND BROADLEAF WEED CONTROL
This is our most commonly used service and provides you with the most premium fertilizer and broadleaf weed control on the market today. It is always phosphorus-free and safe for our sensitive lakeshore areas.
CORE AERATION & OVERSEEDING
This common practice of removing thatch and soil from the lawn is recommended for older and newer lawns. Ours lawns benefit greatly because it allows water and nutrients to enter the root system more efficently and helps build a stronger turf. Overseeding after the aeration process is a great practice to build stronger turf.
White Grub Control
Every three years, white grubs devastate area lawns by feeding on the roots of our grass, leaving behind large dead areas by the end of the summer. Timely treatments in the Fall 2025 and Spring of 2026 will be necessary to avoid costly lawn renovation from these damaging pests.

Thanks to some new technology, we now offer a Post-Emergent application during the summer months that rids the lawn of crabgrass without harming the rest of the lawn. Combine this with our 4-step program allows protection all season long.

LAWN SOLUTIONS
Better Crabgrass Control
As usual in most years, we offer Pre-Emergent protection for crabgrass in our early spring application. However, this application is limited to the first 2 weeks of the season, so not everyone is covered. Thanks to some new technology, Pro-Lawn now offers a Post-Emergent application during the summer that rids the lawn of crabgrass without harming the rest of the lawn. We have found this method to be highly effective and we can protect more lawns during the growing season. Unlike pre-emergent, there is an extra charge for this application. Not every lawn will experience crabgrass infestations, but if you still see crabgrass becoming a problem please call our office to schedule a post-emergent.

Better Creeping Charlie Control
All of our customers receive the same premium herbicide, especially for the tough to control weeds such as Creeping Charlie. Under certain conditions, creeping charlie (ground ivy) will survive some applications. Pro-Lawn now has a specific herbicide that can be applied during the summer months that can eliminate tough or resistant ground ivy. Please call our office if you are still having a problem with creeping charlie or other hard to control weeds.
